Watch Out

We thought Sophie was gonna be a little slower in the developing department then Abby was . . . but her new thing is standing, not walking yet, thank goodness. But she just muscles her way up with her chubby little legs and stands there and smiles. She was even taunting a little boy about her age at church on Sunday as he laid there just learning how to roll over. Rob reports that she stood up next to him pointed and giggled.She's 8 months, time goes way too fast - here's to hoping she doesn't start learning how to put one foot in front of the other. At least she didn't start crawling at 4 months like Abby.

Oh and last night I felt her first tooth coming in - she's faster then Abby in that department, I think Abby was about 13 or 14 months when she got her first tooth.

Last weekend we got to go to Bear Lake for a weekend get away with my family. We stayed in my Aunt and Uncle's beautiful home just up from the Lake. The kids loved it I had a hard time readjusting to my hum drum routine when we came home.

In Abby news:
She and Robby love watching the Food Network. The other day while she was playing with her Dora kitchen she announced she was Rachel Ray and making a quick and easy 30 minute meal. Below is a picture of her Jello she's been working on for the last 2 days. I finally convinced her we'd take a picture and then dump it down the sink.

Ingredients: Red Punch, Raisins and Ice Cubes, oh and she covered and recovered it numerous times with plastic wrap.


Last night we had dinner and FHE with a family in the ward. It's been really fun and rewarding getting outside of our little family and getting to know the members in our ward. Robby just got his dream calling - Ward Sports Coordinator - couldn't ask for a better fit.


We're on the hunt for a good preschool, we'll most likely be sending her back to where she used to go for daycare (Adventure Time). There just doesn't seem to be a lot of home run preschools around here (Provo) . If anyone knows of a good one, please let me know!



Well I think that catches you all up on the Letterman's. Except for some exciting news. Rob got a very significant raise recently. He was telling his mom about it and she said "Wow that's great, why'd you get it?" He replied "How about Awesomeness!"
