This last Saturday we meet my brother Matt and sister Megan along with their spouses and kiddies up Provo Canyon at 8:00 am for a little bit of fun and freezing weather.
We grabbed all the free Gatorade's, cliff bars, and waters we could, took some time to laugh and catch up before and after the race with a BBQ at my house and decided it needed to become a Linde family tradition!
Matt Eryn and Evan along with Tony Megan and I ran the 5K, Tony did awesome with about a 7 minute mile, we won't mention my time, luckily I had my 5 month pregnant sister with me as an excuse, although it was me that had to keep stopping.
Then it was on to the little ones and what we were all really looking forward too . . . .
Hadley my little 2 year old niece won 2nd place in the 0-2 year old 100 meter and Abby won 3rd place in the 3-4 year old 1/4 mile.
It was so fun to see Abby move her little arms and legs and just run her very hardest. She did come from the back of the pack and run the whole way without stopping!

I can't believe Abby is old enough to do a race! She looks so cute...and good for you for doing the 5K!
congrats! That is so awesome, So proud of Abby for doing a race and taking 3rd. She is so dang cute and determined to do what she has set in her mind. What an accomplishment that is.

How fun!!! Esp. to see the kids. Can I come next year? I Would love to do this...I am sure by then I will be at least 30 pounds lighter!! Yeah. How cute are abby and hadley. Sweet stuff.
