(pre-wedded bliss shot of us down south)

Sunday Robby and I celebrated 6 years of marriage! Ok celebrated is a bit of an over statement. I was coming home from Zion's National Park where the girls and I had gone for a weekend get away while Rob stayed home and worked and then spent all day at the library studying for Finals- what a babe not only does he insist his wife go and have her fun but he works right through it with no complaint!

After 6 years of marriage Rob has learned if he is going to buy me gifts it needs to be something practical. He surprised me with new socks, slippers and night socks. I hate to wear shoes and so I tend to dirty up and wear out my socks quite quickly. Most recently every pair of socks I owned had holes in the heels. Gratefully I opened my sock drawer to see pink and blue socks and white slippers beautifully displayed before me, who says you can't train a man?

6 years of marriage and I couldn't be any happier . . . ok tons of money could make anyone happier, right! But seriously, Robby and I have been through our share of hard times and trials and I love him more now then I ever have. Marriage has really taught me the meaning of the word and I'm sure as time goes on we'll only learn more.

Rob thanks for "being my Hero", You've allowed me to fulfill my most tender desire and I feel so thankful to you for that. I love you, I love who you've become and who we are as a couple and I can't wait to make our next 50 years even better!
