Today Abby was helping me make funeral potatoes; something I've never actually done believe it or not. The coolest part about making these funeral potatoes is that they are actually for a funeral (an older lady in our ward) Who would of guessed funeral potatoes for a funeral (hope this doesn't come off as flippant, just thought it was ironic).
Anyway the point of this post was something Abby said while I was elbow deep in potatoes. She turned to me very seriously and said "Mom, little baby chicks have a little tooth at the end of their beaks to help them crack their eggs, it's called an egg tooth" pause " it soon falls off".
I had to keep from laughing, she was very serious. I smiled and said "Wow, how did you know that, that is very cool?" She smiled back and said "hmm I learned it on Noggin"
Lesson learned by me: everything she watches she remembers, not only remembers but repeats back verbatim. Mental note, take extra care in what I say and let her watch on TV.

That is too funny! ACTUALLY!!! WE JUST WATCHED THAT ON NOGGIN TOO, it was on the other day and I was like hmm, I didnt know that. So thats great that Abby picks things up and remembers them. She is so intelligent.
ps.. i couldnt tell if you were being sarcastic with what she watches or not, but what she said is actually true. ha!
Too cute! Glad you wrote it down...you'll want to remember that one.
